Shipping policy

At Top Gun Armory, we are committed to ensuring the secure and timely delivery of your custom firearm. Please review our shipping policy carefully:

1. Domestic Shipping Only – United States

Top Gun Armory strictly ships firearms only within the United States of America. Due to federal regulations and the nature of our products, we do not offer or facilitate any international shipping or sales to locations outside of the U.S. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

2. Firearm Shipments to Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealers Only

As mandated by federal law, all firearms purchased from Top Gun Armory must be shipped to a valid and authorized Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We cannot ship firearms directly to your home or any non-FFL address.

  • It is your responsibility to locate an FFL dealer willing to accept the transfer on your behalf.
  • You must provide us with your chosen FFL dealer's information (Business Name, Address, Phone, and FFL number) during the checkout process or promptly thereafter.
  • We will require a copy of your FFL dealer's license before shipping.

3. Shipping Method – 2-Day Air Express

All firearm shipments from Top Gun Armory utilize 2-Day Air Express service. This expedited shipping method ensures that your high-value purchase arrives quickly and securely.

  • We primarily use reputable carriers such as FedEx and UPS for all 2-Day Air Express shipments.
  • Please note that "2-Day Air Express" refers to transit time after the order has been processed, your FFL information has been verified, and the firearm is ready for shipment.

4. Processing Time

While we strive for prompt shipment, please allow for order processing time which includes:

  • Verification of your payment.
  • Confirmation of your chosen FFL dealer's license.
  • Final inspection and secure packaging of your custom firearm.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order value, destination, and the required 2-Day Air Express service.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Firearm

  • Upon arrival at your chosen FFL dealer, the dealer will notify you for pickup.
  • At the FFL dealer's location, you will be required to complete all necessary paperwork and pass a mandatory background check before the firearm can be legally transferred to you.
  • Important: If you are denied during the background check, the firearm cannot be transferred to you and will be returned to Top Gun Armory. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy for details on associated fees in such instances.
