At Top Gun Armory, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality custom firearms. Due to the unique nature of our products and strict federal regulations governing firearm sales, our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations is as follows:

1. General Firearm Sales Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of firearm transactions and strict federal laws, all sales of firearms are strictly final. Returns are generally not accepted once a firearm has been purchased. This policy is in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

2. Product Condition and Warranty

  • New & Tested Firearms: All firearms sold by Top Gun Armory are brand new, fully functional, and have undergone testing to ensure proper operation.
  • Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty (Function): The functional aspects of all new firearms are covered by their respective manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your firearm for specific warranty terms and contact information regarding functional issues.
  • Top Gun Armory Workmanship Warranty (Lifetime): We proudly stand by the quality of our custom work. Top Gun Armory provides a lifetime warranty on the quality of our custom engraving and plating work. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship related to the application of the engraving or plating.
  • Exclusions from Workmanship Warranty: Please be aware that our workmanship warranty does not cover wear and tear, fading, tarnishing, peeling (as the colors are designed not to tarnish/fade/peel), or scratches due to the normal usage, handling, or firing of the firearm. While our finishes are durable, all plated surfaces are susceptible to cosmetic damage from use and environmental factors. We do not warranty against such operational or cosmetic wear.

3. Cancellation Before Delivery (Pre-FFL Transfer)

  • Should you need to cancel an order before the firearm has been transferred to your chosen FFL dealer, you may do so.
  • However, all pre-delivery cancellations are subject to a combined cancellation and restocking fee equal to 25% of the total purchase amount. This fee covers administrative costs, processing, and the preparation of your custom firearm for shipment.

4. FFL Transfer Process and Background Check Denials

  • As mandated by federal law, all firearms purchased from Top Gun Armory must be shipped to an authorized Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. This process, known as an FFL transfer, requires your chosen FFL dealer to conduct a background check and complete all necessary paperwork before transferring the firearm to you.   • If a customer is denied during the mandatory background check conducted by the FFL dealer, the firearm cannot be transferred to the customer. In such cases, the FFL dealer is legally required to return the firearm to Top Gun Armory.
  • A firearm returned to Top Gun Armory due to a background check denial will be treated as a cancellation of the order. This cancellation will be subject to the combined 25% cancellation and restocking fee as outlined above.

5. Buyback Option

  • While we do not accept returns on firearms, Top Gun Armory offers a buyback option for customers wishing to sell their previously purchased custom firearms.
  • The buyback value will depend on the firearm's current condition, market demand, and our assessment.

6. International Sales and Shipping

  • Top Gun Armory strictly sells and ships firearms only within the United States. We do not engage in international sales or shipping to any other countries due to complex international regulations and export restrictions.

7. Rework and Refurbishment Services

  • While normal wear and tear are not covered by our warranty, we understand that usage may affect the finish of your custom firearm over time.
  • Top Gun Armory offers various rework and refurbishment packages to restore your firearm to a showroom condition.
