Refund Policy

At Top Gun Armory, we want you to be more than satisfied with any of your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt.
 

Return Exceptions:

Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition. Some product return exceptions apply:

  • Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. You will be charged at least  25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition.  (depending on damage)
  • If product and packaging are in the same condition as when shipped, a full refund will be issued minus CC processing fees (if CC was used for purchase)
     
  • Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
     
  • You can return most items within 30 days as long as they are in resalable condition. Regrettably , we cannot accept returns of firearms, night-vision products, airguns, holsters, rings, bases, black-powder guns, or ammunition.
     
  • If a product is defective/damaged upon receipt or not as advertised, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
     
  • Damaged or partial-loss claims must be made by email (TopGunArmory@gmail.com) within 10 days of receipt.
     
  • All pre-owned firearms or other used merchandise are sold as-is, and no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are made with respect to pre-owned firearms. Purchasers of pre-owned firearms are strongly encouraged to contact the manufacturer or check the manufacturer's website for a firearm owner's manual for their purchase.

Authorization Number Requirements:
We require a Return Materials (Authorization Number) on ALL returns.

  • To obtain this, please fill out our CONTACT FORM. and please ensure to note your
  • Order ID#, product(s) to be returned and reason for the return in the “Message” field.

 

Cancelled Orders:

All cancelled or returned Orders are subject to the Credit Card Charges and Refunds Policy below.

Orders for In Stock Items that are cancelled before shipping but after payment has been processed may be subject to 5% restocking charge.

BackOrders that are cancelled after 48 hours from order placement may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. (See Backorder Policy here)

Special Orders that are cancelled before shipping but after payment has been processed may be subject to 30% restocking charge.

 

Credit Card Charges and Refunds:

All refunds will be send by company check to the purchasor.  If a CC was used for the purchase, the cash discount that was added back due to using the card will not be refunded if the CC processing for that day has already happened.  If a CC was used for the purchase, that same CC could be credited for the refund (at customer request), but an additional  3.25% CC Processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
